Downtown Lethbridge
One of the key elements to returning vitality to the city’s downtown core is community activity.
The city centre has traditionally been a place where Lethbridge has played and celebrated. From the earliest days, Galt Gardens has served as a formal floral garden and a sports venue, a people place which drew citizens to its treed pathways.
Downtown was a stage where Lethbridge cheered its sons off to two world wars and jubilantly welcomed them home again.
